Home Watch is a personal service that inspects your home while you’re away, looking for signs of damage, maintenance issues, or other abnormalities to ensure your home is safe, secure, and ready for your return.

Home Watch is for homeowners who spend part of the year away from their home and want a trusted professional to regularly check on their property, ensuring it is well maintained and ready for their return.

Home Watch includes exterior inspections for signs of damage from storms, snow, or other environmental conditions, as well as interior inspections for signs of water leaks, HVAC issues, electrical problems, and other abnormalities that may require attention.

We recommend weekly visits for homes that will be vacant for an extended period of time to minimize the chance of undetected issues or damage. Visit frequency can also be adjusted based on the length of the vacancy, property needs, and customer preferences.

If a problem is identified, we will notify the homeowner and recommend the appropriate corrective action. When requested, we can also help coordinate with trusted local professionals to address the issue.

Depending on customer preference, we can securely maintain a physical key in an on-site lockbox or use a designated access code for the home or garage. Access information is kept secure and used only for authorized Home Watch visits.
